Bigg Boss OTT season 3 is all set to premiere on June 21. Bollywood veteran actor Anil Kapoor will be stepping into the shoes of a host instead of Salman Khan. As the anticipation about the controversial reality show has been increasing day by day, glimpses of the interior of the house have gone viral on social media. Interior designer and filmmaker Omung Kumar, who designed the fantasy-themed house, quoted by Indian Express, explained, “This year it is a fantasy book come alive, it’s like Jumanji, meets Harry Potter meets us. It is a house full of illusions, dragons, books, etc.”

Through the photos, that have gone viral, it is seen that elements like locks and keys are present throughout the house as it represent the contestants, who are locked in the house unlocking different aspects of themselves through their different journeys. The house is all set to transport the contestants into a magical world filled with mystical creatures. The entrance of the house has a garden with a huge key coming out of a keyhole. Outside the entrance of the house, two statues are seen standing at guard to welcome the contestants and the guests. After the beautiful entrance, the garden has a huge water fountain in the shape of a face, where the water is seen coming out of the mouth. The beautiful swimming pool, in the garden area has a huge eye on the top along with a 25ft 3D unicorn. While the gym has animals holding locks and keys, the bar is made from a small castle. In the corner of the outdoor area, the makers have created a vineyard-like space made with lemons hanging from the branches. The dining area has a huge dragon. The make-up room is kept old-fashioned with light bulbs lining the mirrors. A bridge connects the living room and storeroom, which is suspended over a water-printed carpet. The kitchen has been naked like a quaint vineyard, complete with stone walls and whimsical wine barrels. The bedrooms are designed like a time-warped theatre from a fantasy world. 

It is to be noted that the first season of Bigg Boss OTT was hosted by Karan Johar and the second season by Salman Khan. The third season will be hosted by Anil Kapoor. 


While an official confirmation from the makers of the show is awaited, a recent India Today report shared the contestant list. The list includes names like Chandrika Dixit, Armaan Maalik and his 2 wives Payal and Kritika, Sai Ketan Rao, Paulomi Polo Das, Sana Sultan, Sana Makbul, Shivani Kumari, Vishal Pandey, Naezy, Neeraj Goyat, Deepak Chaurasia, and Munisha Khatwani. 

Bigg Boss OTT 3 is all set to stream on Jio Cinema from June 21, 2024.
